At DELTART, we take great care in packaging and shipping our handcrafted products to ensure they reach you safely and in excellent condition.

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order products may require additional production time.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship across India and selected international destinations.
  • For international shipping inquiries, please contact us before placing your order.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location, product size, weight, and shipping method.
  • Any free shipping offers will be clearly displayed on the website during promotional periods.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Domestic Orders (India)

  • Standard Delivery: 3–10 business days

International Orders

  • Estimated Delivery: 7–21 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier services, customs clearance, weather conditions, and destination accessibility.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable) to monitor the shipment status.

6. Packaging

  • Every DELTART product is carefully inspected before dispatch.
  • Fragile items such as Tanjore Paintings, Panchaloha Statues, Brass Décor, and Tanjore Dancing Dolls are securely packed using protective materials to minimize transit damage.
  • Special export-grade packaging may be used for international shipments.

7. International Duties & Taxes

For international orders:

  • Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
  • DELTART is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

8. Delivery Attempts

  • Courier partners may attempt delivery multiple times.
  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address details, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

9. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos/videos of:
    • The outer packaging
    • The damaged product
    • The shipping label
    • Unboxing process (if available)
  • Claims submitted without supporting evidence may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

In case a shipment is confirmed lost by the courier partner, DELTART will assist in resolving the issue and provide a suitable replacement or refund, subject to investigation.

10. Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
  • DELTART will not be responsible for delays, losses, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

11. Custom & Made-to-Order Products

  • Production timelines for custom orders vary depending on design complexity and craftsmanship requirements.
  • Estimated production and delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
  • Delays caused by the handmade production process do not qualify for cancellation or compensation.

12. Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver all orders on time, DELTART shall not be held responsible for delays caused by:

  • Natural disasters
  • Floods, storms, or extreme weather
  • Strikes or labor disruptions
  • Government restrictions
  • Customs delays
  • Courier service interruptions
  • Events beyond our reasonable control
